Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026 · Last updated October 24, 2026

Plain-English summary (not a substitute for the full terms): Lebs is an educational tool, not investment advice. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. AI explanations can make mistakes. You own your content, we don't delete your uploads, and you should keep your own copies. Disputes go to individual arbitration unless you opt out.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and DN Ventures LLC (“Lebs,” “we,” “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Lebs website, workspace, AI features and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, checking the box to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read Section 17 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions, unless you opt out as described there.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is offered only in the United States; we make no claim that it is appropriate or lawful to use elsewhere. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including U.S. sanctions laws.

You agree to give accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Not investment advice

Lebs provides general information and education only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, option or other financial instrument, or to adopt any strategy.

  • Lebs is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant or financial planner, and does not provide personalized advice. Content in the Service is impersonal and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.
  • Options and other securities involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you invest in some strategies. Before trading options, read the Options Clearing Corporation's Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options.
  • Past performance, historical patterns, backtests and model outputs do not guarantee future results. Labels such as “bullish,” “bearish” or “unusual” describe data, not intent, and are not predictions.
  • AI trade grades, probabilities, likely ranges and goal checks are statistical estimates of how similar situations played out in historical data. A grade rates how strongly a market event lines up with history; it is not a rating of whether you should make a trade. A probability or range is not a forecast, a price target or a promise of any outcome, and the model's published track record may not continue.
  • You alone are responsible for your investment and trading decisions and their results. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Market data and third-party content

The Service displays prices, options activity, levels, charts and other data supplied by third-party data providers, such as CoinGecko for cryptocurrency prices and the U.S. Department of the Treasury for Treasury yields, and, if you connect one, your brokerage (“Third-Party Data”).

  • Third-Party Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or interrupted, and may differ from official exchange or index values. It is provided “as is” for informational purposes only and must not be relied on for trading decisions.
  • Some features use simulated or sample data, which we label in the Service. Sample data does not reflect real market activity.
  • Third-Party Data is owned by its providers and is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service only. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell or use it to build a competing product, and you must comply with any terms its providers impose.
  • We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content linked from or embedded in the Service. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate explanations, summaries and other output (“AI Output”). You understand and agree that:

  • AI Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate, and may sound confident when it is wrong. It is not reviewed by a human before you see it.
  • AI Output is information and education, not advice (see Section 3). You must independently evaluate it and must not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
  • Models that learn from market history, including those behind trade grades and probabilities, may be trained on sample, delayed or incomplete data, may perform worse than simple baselines, and are labelled with their data source and tested track record where shown.
  • Similar requests may produce similar or identical AI Output for other users, and AI Output for a market event may be shared with all users viewing that event.
  • You must not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into AI features, or use them to generate unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
  • How we handle the input you give AI features is described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Your content and uploads

Ownership and license

You keep ownership of the content you submit, upload or create in the Service, such as watchlists, saved views, notes, questions, trade cards, images and files (“User Content”). You grant Lebs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display and transmit your User Content as needed to operate, secure, provide and improve the Service. For User Content you choose to publish or share with other users, this license is perpetual and irrevocable as to copies already shared, so that we and those users are not required to remove content others have already received.

We do not delete your uploads

We do not automatically delete User Content, including uploads, because of inactivity or the passage of time. It remains stored with your account until you delete it, you close your account, you ask us to delete it, or we remove it under these Terms or the law. Deleted content may persist for a limited time in backups, and shared content may persist where others have copied it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Keep your own copies

The Service is not a backup or archiving service. Although we do not delete your uploads, data can be lost through technical failure, security incidents or other events. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of your User Content, and, to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of it.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you own or have all rights needed to submit your User Content and to grant the license above, and that your User Content and our use of it under these Terms will not infringe or violate anyone's rights or any law. We may, but are not obligated to, review, refuse or remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or the law, or creates risk for Lebs or others.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • violate any law or regulation, including securities, privacy, consumer protection and export laws;
  • use the Service to manipulate markets, spread false or misleading financial information, run “pump and dump” or similar schemes, or misrepresent yourself as a licensed professional;
  • scrape, crawl, copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service or Third-Party Data, or access it by automated means except through features we provide;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or models of the Service, except where the law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or breach its security, bypass access controls or rate limits, or access another user's account or data;
  • upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful or invades anyone's privacy;
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product or AI model.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the Lebs name and marks, is owned by DN Ventures LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Fees and changes to the Service

The Service is currently offered free of charge during a pilot period. We may introduce paid plans; we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including features available during the pilot, at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if your use creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 3 through 8 and 12 through 19, survive it. Retention of your data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including in our AI features and with third-party providers. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, all Third-Party Data, AI Output and other content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, timeliness and availability. We do not warrant that the Service or any data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DN Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors and data providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, lost opportunities, or loss of data, goodwill or use, arising out of or relating to the Service, Third-Party Data, AI Output or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

These limitations apply to any theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law so provides.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless DN Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use or misuse of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

15. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact form that includes the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 17, the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place you live.

17. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days after one of us sends written notice describing it. Send notices to us through our contact form.

Binding individual arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action or arbitration.

Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by writing to us through our contact form within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, stating your name, account email and that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, or if this section is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in the courts described in Section 16. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Changes do not apply to disputes already notified. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

19. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Headings are for convenience only, and “including” means “including without limitation.”
