Step by step
- Open the Paper trading panel under the chart. Choose buy or sell, market, limit or stop, the quantity, and optionally a take-profit and a stop-loss.
- Place the order. Market orders fill at the current price; limit and stop orders wait until price reaches them. Working orders, your position, fills and profit or loss are listed.
- Close the position with one click, or cancel a working order.
- Open Alerts. Choose a condition (crosses, crosses up, crosses down, above, below) and a target: a price, a drawing such as a trend line, or an indicator line.
- Allow browser notifications if you want a pop-up when it triggers. Triggered alerts are listed with the time and price.
- For alerts that run even when Lebs is closed, use server alerts (real signed-in accounts): coins use live prices, and stocks use end-of-day prices. Choose email, push, or a public HTTPS webhook. Click Manage all alerts to manage all kinds or test a flow, gamma-level, or rotation rule on sample sessions. Flow and gamma server checks stay disabled until licensed live data is connected; rotation needs stock closing history.

Common mistakes
- Paper trading with sizes you'd never use for real.
- Setting alerts so close to the price that they trigger on noise.
Limits to know
- Paper fills happen at bar prices; real fills can be worse.
- Email delivery for server alerts needs an email service key.
Try it: Place a paper limit buy on SPY 2% below the last price with a stop-loss, then set an alert 1% above the price.
Lebs is for education and research, not investment advice, and it places no orders.
